The following is a list of volunteer opportunities for SAVMA members. You must acquire 5 volunteer points to be eligible for a STG Award.
- VM1 Orientation Facilitator = 5 pts
- Executive Leadership positions = 5 pts per semester
- Dog Wash
- 2 hrs (1 shift) = 2 pts
- 4 hrs (2 shifts) = 5 pts
- Microwaves/ Fridge Cleaning
- Wipe down both microwaves and clear out both refrigerators = 2 pts / cleaning
- IVMA Silent Auction
- Volunteer for 1 shift = 3 pts
- Acquiring Donations = 3 pts
- Donating = 4 pts
- Writing Out Thank yous= 2 pt
- SAVMA Scamper
- Help for the entire morning = 3 pts
- Committee Chair = 5 pts
- MLK Service Day
- 3 pts / shift
